This is a SEARS/CRAFTSMAN brand WALL SWITCH 14PC256-E , it is a 1 button and uses a 4 wire hook up(red ,black, white,yellow). It is used , been tested, and in excellent condition. Wire is not included . will work with liftmaster and chamberlain operators that accept the same wire hookups, stk#(189)4
