What happens If a purchase is lost or damaged in shipping
If you request and pay for insurance then you will be covered by USPS for your loss. If you do not request of by insurance you will incurr the loss. We do our best in packaging for normal handling of the package, after that I guess anything is possible. After over 1200 packages mailed by us we are happy to report only 1 loss and 1 very late (1 month) We hope the first will be the last...Thanks
Shipping costs changed ?
Some shipping costs have been raised caused by the postage increase. Some Items did not get increased as we are still recalculating. If an item is purchased with the old rate and we are unable to ship it at that rate. A refund will be made the correct shipping added to the listing and can be repurchased. We are sorry for this inconvenience we are trying to keep up
